If you need to return an item purchased from our online store, please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Items must be shipped back to us unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. You will be notified via email when we receive and accept your items. If the return is accepted, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
To send your items back to us, please use the USPS shipping label we provide upon approving your return.
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange instructions. We will replace your item with your desired size depending on inventory. If we do not have the size in stock, we will issue you a full refund.
FOR IN STORE PURCHASES:
Items purchased in-store are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unworn with tags still attached.
All sale and jewelry items are FINAL SALE.
Ladybird reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not adhere to the above criteria.
